Samuel joined LEXR in September 2024 and is a part time member of the Corporate & VC Transactions team and works in St.Gallen. He advises on various matters of Swiss corporate and contract law. Besides working at LEXR, Samuel is a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), where he is also a PhD candidate in corporate law.
