As an Italian attorney registered in Zurich, she focuses on advising Swiss and European startups on trademarks, brand protection, commercial contracts, and data protection. With experience ranging from major international law firms to agile in-house roles, Nicoletta brings a well-rounded perspective to every project, helping clients protect their brands and navigate complex legal landscapes.
