What’s included?

Initial kick-off call: Discuss the term sheet, general deal structure, key deal variables, strategy, and implications for the company. We’ll also go over analytics and potential projections of your cap table.

Drafting agreements: We’ll draft all the necessary agreements, including the shareholder agreement and investment agreement.

Legal expert session: Review, discuss, and adjust the documents with our legal experts.

Negotiation support: Assistance with basic investor questions and support during the signing process.

E-signature setup: Organize and collect signatures electronically.

Closing preparation: Handle all corporate actions needed to close the round and provide a closing checklist.

What’s subject to additional work?

Extended negotiation support: For later rounds (Series A and B), more negotiation support is often required. Our legal experts can add significant value to negotiations and ensure you get the best deal. Since this additional work can be hard to estimate, it is billed hourly with transparent tracking so you’re always aware of your legal costs.

Obwohl ich mich ursprünglich auf die Zusammenarbeit gefreut habe, muss ich leider sagen, dass meine Erfahrung sehr schlecht war und mein Bild der Firma LEXR stark geändert hat–wirkt planlos und unseriös, dafür aber mit ziemlich frechen Preisen.Mit Wartezeiten im Email Austausch kann man leben, aber ich habe nach über 1.5 Monaten Wartezeit immer noch nicht erhalten - ausser 2 Rechnungen, bzw. Zahlungserinnerungen (obwohl mir schriftlich bestätigt wurde, ich würde innerhalb von ein paar Tagen meine Bestellung erhalten).Habe zwischenzeitlich nochmals Kontakt aufgenommen und mir wurde versprochen, ich hätte den Auftrag innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen im Postfach. Natürlich wieder nur leere Versprechen.Ich bin stark enttäuscht und kann von dieser Firma nur abraten!
