About Leo
Leo is a Senior Associate in LEXR’s Lausanne office and plays an integral role within the M&A team. He provides expert guidance to Swiss and international founders, startups, companies, and investors across various corporate matters, M&A transactions as well as startup financing deals. Prior to joining LEXR, Leo gained significant expertise at leading law firms in Lausanne and Geneva, focusing on corporate law, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor for complex, high-stakes transactions.
