About Beatrice

Beatrice is a Junior Associate in the Corporate & VC Transactions team. She advises on corporate and venture capital matters, supporting Swiss and international clients, including startups and investors. Beatrice holds a Bachelor and Master of Law from the University of Zurich, with her Master’s thesis on stock corporation law recently published. Prior to LEXR, she gained experience at a Zurich commercial law firm and a joint commission, enhancing her practical skills in commercial and labour law.
