Our experienced and certified data protection experts provide fast, uncomplicated and action-oriented support for all data protection issues and are up to date with the latest authority views and court decisions. As a result, we help resolve data privacy issues in a timely manner as well as increase trust with business partners, investors, and regulators.

Included in the subscription are:

12 hours of advice and support per year by a data protection expert that knows your business, operations, needs and goals;

Dedicated contact person for all your data protection inquiries;

Initial assessment of data protection issues in relation to the planning of new products and functions;

Rapid response to data protection incidents and inquiries from data subjects;

Proactive contact by your legal expert whenever relevant data protection developments occur that may influence your business.

Price: CHF 400 per month (excl. VAT)

Additional bookable services

Upon request, we can also be appointed as an official Data Protection Officer (DPO) under the GDPR and/or DPA under the FADP.

For complex data protection projects or extensive contract negotiations, access to our preferential rates.
