Your Role 

• Own & execute LEXR’s LinkedIn strategy – Post, engage, and grow our audience of tech entrepreneurs. 
• Employer branding – Run employer branding campaigns on our social media channels.  
• Create & coordinate impactful content – Develop LinkedIn posts, short articles, newsletters, and other marketing assets. 
• Bring ideas to life – Work with our team to turn marketing concepts into engaging content across multiple platforms. 
• Test & optimize – Experiment with different content formats, track performance, and improve based on insights. 
• Support website updates – Help manage our WordPress website and assist with basic marketing ops. 
• Drive engagement – Interact with our audience, grow our community, and track KPIs around reach, followers, and interactions. 

What You Bring 

• 1-2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong writing skills and the ability to craft engaging B2B content. 
• Creativity and a proactive approach—you love bringing ideas and testing them! 
• Interest in working across multiple content formats and marketing channels. 
• Basic knowledge of X and Instagram for business. 
• Some experience with WordPress (or willingness to learn). 
• Fluency in German and English (essential for creating content in both languages). 
• You’re based in Berlin and excited to work in our growing marketing team.
