ESOP addition: Tax ruling

Granting shares to employees is considered a non-cash benefit, similar to salary, for tax and social security purposes. To manage these aspects effectively for both the employees and the company, obtaining a tax ruling from the relevant tax authority is recommended.

This service is available alongside the ESOP and is billed hourly, with fees typically ranging from CHF 800 to CHF 2’000.
