About Michèle
Michèle is a member of our Corporate & VC Transactions team, where she advises Swiss and international founders, startups, and investors at every stage of a company’s lifecycle—from incorporation and financing to exit strategies. Before joining LEXR, Michèle built her expertise in corporate and commercial law at leading Swiss business law firms. She also contributed to an Innosuisse-funded research project in robotics at the Institute for Law of Innovation and Technology at the University of St. Gallen, blending her legal skills with a passion for tech innovation.
